Likewise we realize there are times you are driving and a situation requires use of a restricted app. For these reasons Stoptxting® has an override button which allows you to use all restricted apps under any conditions, even when moving. If your circumstances are such that you only want 911 available at all times and no override capability please look at our commercial version.
